The last two and a half years have been extremely exciting and full of happenings, the most important of which are listed here:
Fall 2007 – A group of friends (and students at Webster University) have a good idea and write a business plan. The plan was presented to the management board of Webster University who agrees to act as an incubator and provides office space.
Spring 2008 - The name VIA Consultants was chosen and the team expanded. The first consulting project was acquired with GM Aspern in knowledge management. The project took 1000 hours to complete and VIA received its first reference.
Summer 2008 - VIA Consultants opened a subsidiary in Tehran, Iran called the ILIA Group. The second consulting project was undertaken with Westfalia in the Czech Republic, this time in human resource management.
Fall 2008 - VIA Consultants moved into its new office; sponsored by Webster University and Daneshgar Architects.
Spring 2009 - The first standardized consulting product, the Management Cockpit, was released and the first project was completed with Webster University. The first trade project was completed with ILIA Group in Iran.
Fall 2010 - VIA Consultants undertakes an extensive research study on the Austrian high-tech market. During this time the company also begins to market their new product, the VIA Management Cockpit, on the Austrian market.
Spring 2010 - An exciting period for the company, VIA Consultants sign an extensive knowledge management project with an Iranian client and participate as a keynote speaker for the first event held on “high-tech commercialization” in Iran. Marketing efforts begin to pay off in Austria and first Management Cockpit projects have been acquired.
